Madras Dosa is not just a brandu2014it is a promise made many years ago. It began with two engineering graduates who, after a delayed train journey, discovered the authentic taste of South Indian dosa at a small street-side stall in Madras. That unforgettable meal inspired a promise to one day share the same experience with others.
Life took the two friends in different directions. Careers, responsibilities, and time passed by, until one day the friend who had gone abroad was no longer there to fulfill the promise they had made together.
Madras Dosa is an attempt to keep that promise alive. Every dosa served here is a tribute to a dream, a cherished memory, and a friendship that time could never breaku2014bringing the authentic taste of South India to every plate.
It gives me great pleasure to contribute to the community with the best dosa in town and a place to build relationships.n
